Position: VIP Bartender – Santa Fe
About: A bar is looking for a Bartender (Barman) who will prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers, ensuring compliance with all company and health department standards. The bartender will process transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system, maintain a fully stocked bar, and handle cash responsibilities.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; effective communication skills; ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks; experience in cash handling; understanding of alcohol classes, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, soda, juice, and liquor guns.
