Position: VIP Bartender – Red Rock
About: This job is for a Bartender (Barman) responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards. The role involves processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system, maintaining a fully stocked bar, and ensuring no product overages or shortages.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; effective communication skills; ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after dinner drinks; cash handling experience; understanding of alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and soda, juice, and liquor guns.
