Position: Vice President of Labor Relations
About: Delaware North, a leading hospitality and food service company, is seeking a Vice President of Labor Relations to join their team. The role is based at their Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York, with potential for a remote opportunity for the right candidate willing to travel to Buffalo for collaboration. The Vice President of Labor Relations will provide strategic leadership and operational guidance on labor relations matters across 6 operating subsidiaries with 75+ collective bargaining agreements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; 15 years minimum HR and Labor Relations experience with knowledge of related labor laws required, hospitality industry strongly preferred; Significant experience as Lead Negotiator; Strong experience in Labor Relations managing over 50 collective bargaining agreements with multiple unions; Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously; Ability to thrive in a complex matrixed operating environment; Proficiency in coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring; Ability to travel 30-40%
