Position: Vice President of Food & Beverage
About: Proper Hospitality is seeking a Vice President of Food & Beverage to join our Los Angeles-based corporate team. This key role is responsible for the daily operations, culture, and financial performance of all Food & Beverage programming within our portfolio. As we continue to scale, the Vice President of Food & Beverage will be laser-focused on strategic planning, initiative management, special project execution, operations management, and department leadership.
Requirements: 15+ years of experience overseeing multi-unit F&B operations, with a proven track record in strategic planning, performance optimization, and financial management; Advanced degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred; Extensive experience in full-service and luxury hotel operations is mandatory; Strong background in restaurant management, with an emphasis on upscale or fine dining establishments; Proven leadership in developing and launching new Food & Beverage concepts, resulting in revenue growth and enhanced guest satisfaction; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and influence at the executive level; Proficiency in leveraging technology, data analytics, and consumer insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation in F&B offerings
