Position: Vice President of Food & Beverage
About: The Lenovo Center is seeking a Vice President of Food and Beverage to oversee the day-to-day management of the food and beverage department and drive the success of events. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in an arena or stadium setting. They must be a proven team leader capable of fostering a positive and dynamic culture within the establishment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of leadership and management experience in a food and beverage environment required; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills; results-oriented approach to sales and service management; ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships; good judgment and decision-making skills; availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience with POS system preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass a criminal background check
