Position: Vice President of Food and Beverage

Requirements: Proven experience as a VP of Food & Beverage or similar leadership role, ideally in a multi-property hotel or hospitality context; Strong knowledge of F&B systems, databases, and financial reporting tools; Ability to architect strategy and lead teams effectively at all levels of the organization; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong computational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in budget analysis and forecasting; Extensive expertise in menu development, marketing strategies, cost control, and labor management; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service; Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation techniques; Experience in staff supervision and development, ensuring team goals are met efficiently; Ability to handle internal and external customer interactions with patience, tact, and diplomacy; Proficiency in creating recipes, recipe cards, descriptions, and visual materials for consistency and training; Strong focus on team development and continued education for corporate and property-level F&B leaders
