Position: VICE PRESIDENT OF FACILITIES
About: The Strat Hotel, Casino, and Tower is seeking an experienced and strategic Facilities Director to oversee all operational and strategic activities within the facilities departments. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of facility-related functions at the hotel, casino, and tower in Las Vegas.
Requirements: At least 7 years executive-level leadership experience in Engineering and/or Facilities field; previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications; working knowledge in building engineering and facilities; experience with collective bargaining agreements and union personnel; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; proven track record of providing high-level guest service; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent preferred; effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal; at least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license and DMV printout required; right to work in the United States verified
