Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of relatable industry leadership experience; FINRA Series 7, 24, & 66 required; expertise in asset growth and retention; FINRA fingerprinting required; demonstrated success in leading an organization and developing new service offerings; deep understanding of financial planning and tax and estate planning; expertise in sales in a highly regulated environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong executive presence
