Position: Veterinary Receptionist – Paws & Claws Pet Medical Center
About: Paws & Claws Pet Medical Center is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Reception team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Requirements: 1+ years of client service experience; Previous veterinary experience is highly desired; Proficiency in customer service, scheduling appointments, client communication, multitasking, financial transactions
