Requirements: A high-school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of work experience is required; experience in the veterinary or medical field is preferred but not required. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, good grammar, spelling, and legible penmanship, along with computer literacy. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stress, handle routine financial transactions, and be comfortable handling dogs and cats.
