Position: Veterinary Receptionist – Burlingame Road Animal Hospital
About: Burlingame Road Animal Hospital is currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join their reception team. As the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and compassionate atmosphere at the hospital. Requirements: 1-3 years of client service experience; Previous veterinary experience desired; Proficiency in client communication and education, appointment scheduling, checking clients in and out, addressing client concerns, and managing email and phone correspondence
