Position: Veterinary Receptionist
About: Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort located in Huntsville, AL is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our growing team. Serving the community since 1992, our 7 doctor, AAHA Accredited, full-service, state-of-the-art animal hospital is committed to educating clients on how to keep their pets healthy year-round. We care for a variety of species, including common household pets such as cats and dogs, but also birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, rodents, reptiles, and more!
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong foundational understanding and ability to perform the basic responsibilities of a customer service representative including greeting clients, handling a multi-line phone system, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, familiarity with Avimark is a plus
