Requirements: Experience in event management; excellent management, organizational, and planning skills; strong leadership qualities; ability to anticipate and solve problems; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; flexible and approachable; strong logistical, time management, and public speaking skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks; exercise good judgment and accountability; outstanding customer service skills; physically fit for event requirements; maintain professionalism in challenging situations; work effectively in a service-oriented environment; establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders; willingness to travel to event locations during weekends and holidays
