Requirements: Experience in event management; excellent management, organizational, and planning skills; strong leadership qualities; ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; flexibility and approachability; strong logistical, time management, and public speaking skills; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks; exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills; outstanding customer service skills; physically able to meet event execution demands; maintain professionalism in conflict situations; effective in a service-oriented environment; ability to work weekends, holidays, and travel to event locations
