Position: Valet Supervisor
About: The Portofino Hotel & Marina, a Noble House Hotel, located in Redondo Beach peninsula, is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead and oversee the valet team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. The hotel offers a range of amenities in a prime South Bay location near Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; refined verbal communication and interpersonal skills; valid Class C Driver’s License; clean driving record with safe driving history; previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure; flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of local area for efficient guest transportation; attention to detail and organizational skills
