Position: Valet Shift Supervisor – Houston Methodist Hospital
About: Transportation Lead Coordinator provides leadership and vision to staff through the delivery of excellent customer service. Under the direct supervision of the Valet Manager, this position will perform according to established procedures a variety of valet duties, to include but not limited to: cashier work, parking and retrieving cars, and coordinating staff resources according to current demand. Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills required to maintain a high quality of service that meets and exceeds the company code of conduct.
Requirements: A state issued Driver’s License must be carried at all times; Must be fluent in English (Reading & Writing); Position utilizes common sense with common courtesy. Min. of 1-2 years of leadership experience. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
