Position: Valet Shift Leader – Mercy Hospital St Louis, Downtown
About: Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded. This role involves coordinating and administering duties, providing troubleshooting and guidance in the absence of the manager, and handling critical issues when necessary. The Guest Service Captain is responsible for maintaining a high level of guest service and reporting important information to the manager.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen; Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park; Work Experience: Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission, speak, read and write Standard English language, comprehend simple instructions, and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations; Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s using units of American money; understand 24-hour and military time systems, and rates applicable to time passed.
