Position: Valet (PT)
About: In a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment where excellent guest service is essential, our Valet team ensures that guests are satisfied with their gaming experience by providing secure and efficient vehicle parking services. The team contributes to the success of the property by delivering exceptional guest service, upholding integrity and ethical standards, and dedicating themselves to the company’s mission and values.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience preferred; Must have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver’s License; Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information; Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members; Ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the property; Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty
