Position: Valet Parking Attendant – Glendale, CA

Requirements: Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory. Certificates and Licenses: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record. Hospitality, Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance. Organizational Support and Adaptability: Follow company policies and procedures, adapt to changing work environments, and manage competing demands effectively. Dependability and Safety: Demonstrates dependability in work schedules, safety procedures, and equipment usage. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs., ability to work in varied weather conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional Responsibilities: Perform tasks as needed to support operational goals, remain flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.
