About: In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the Valet service at a casino ensures guests have a satisfying gaming experience by securely managing their vehicles while on the property. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, upholding integrity and ethical standards, and supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience preferred; Must have a valid, unexpired Wisconsin Driver’s License; Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information; Professional interaction with guests and team members; Flexible availability for irregular hours, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; Comfort with extended periods of standing, walking, and physical movement in a fast-paced environment.
