Requirements: Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; Must meet age criteria for driving positions; Must be able to prioritize and solve problems independently under challenging conditions; Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions; Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills; ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with people; Strong ability to track actions and follow through on processes; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to effectively handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary; Proven ability to maintain composure in stressful and high-pressure situations; Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in a constantly changing environment
