About: Delaware Racing Association is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in ensuring the care and proper handling of Thoroughbred Horses for a fun-filled and exciting racing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the rider’s apparel and equipment, ensuring proper colors for each race, and providing excellent service to riders.
Requirements: A minimum of six (6) years of experience in handling Thoroughbred Horses; successful completion of a background check; ability to lift fifty (50) lbs without difficulty; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping; effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment
