Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; meet age criteria for driving positions; prioritize and solve problems independently under challenging conditions; work outdoors in all weather conditions; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent listening skills; track actions and follow through on processes; organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations; flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
