Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience; proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing teams; exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively; strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and commitment to high service quality standards; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
