Position: Valet Drivers – Westin Milwaukee
About: Towne Park is a company committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation for the Guest Service Associate position will be based on the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $10 – $12 per hour plus $9 – $18 per hour in tips. The work schedule includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Towne Park provides accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and enrollment in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility requirements and benefits may vary based on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined above.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
