About: Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to providing exceptional valet and parking services to guests in various locations. The Guest Service Associate role involves providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting with luggage.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English language; Ability to effectively present information to guests and clients; Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable; Perform parallel parking
