Position: Valet Driver – Omni Severin Hotel, Indianapolis
About: Towne Park is committed to offering exceptional hospitality services to guests by providing attentive and efficient valet parking and guest services. The Guest Service Associate role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English language and instructions; Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients, and other employees; Ability to perform basic mathematical operations with American currency; Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
