Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and experience in driving/safe vehicle handling. Maintains a pleasant demeanor with residents and visitors. Responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, documenting damage, and complying with traffic laws. Operates mechanical lift system and reports malfunctions. Assists residents with inquiries and directions.
