Position: Valet Driver – Hotel Cleveland, downtown Cleveland
About: Towne Park is committed to offering exceptional hospitality services to guests in a prompt, attentive, and friendly manner. Guest Service Associates are responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely while assisting guests with luggage.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other employees of the organization; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using American money units; Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems; Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
