About: Towne Park is committed to providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in a prompt and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service at various locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language, comprehend instructions, and present information effectively; Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and understand time systems; Ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking
