About: Des Moines Marriott is seeking Valet drivers to join their team. This role offers starting pay at $11 per hour plus daily cash tips, with flexible full-time or part-time shifts available. The position involves providing exceptional hospitality services to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, assisting with luggage, and offering information and assistance to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; one (1) month related experience and/or training; knowledge of customer service principles and processes; ability to read and write standard English; ability to perform basic math operations and understand rates applicable to time passed; ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
