Position: Valet Driver – Cleveland Clinic Akron Hospital
About: Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to providing exceptional valet parking and guest services. The Guest Service Associate role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language; Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; Ability to perform these operations using units of American money; Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
