Position: Valet/Bellman
About: To increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble-free and courteous Front Office service as well as retrieving guest vehicles connected with arriving, departing, and in-house guests, in line with the hotel’s guidelines. This position is with The Umstead Hotel and Spa, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing directions, maintaining safety and cleanliness of parking areas, and re-routing traffic when needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to stand during entire shift; professional appearance and attitude at all times according to hotel quality standards; able to lift 60 lbs
