The Guest Service Associate role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering top-notch service to all patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; one (1) month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; ability to read and write standard English language; ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and operate a manual transmission; ability to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers; ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and working in various weather conditions
