About: Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering information and support to guests.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Must be at least 18 years of age; Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence, Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
