Position: Valet Attendant – Full Time
About: Valet Attendants at the Horseshoe Casino are responsible for providing professional, courteous, and legendary arrival and departure experiences for guests. The primary responsibilities include accepting and retrieving guest vehicles, along with attending to any other guest arrival and departure needs. The Valet Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering the exceptional Horseshoe Casino experience with a focus on safety and top-notch customer service delivery.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant/Driver is preferred; Excellent communication skills; One year of previous customer service experience preferred; Valid State driver’s license with a clean record; Availability to work any day of the week and any shift; Ability to work well in a team environment; Well-groomed appearance; Ability to work weekends and holidays; Clear English communication skills; Physically able to run for extended periods, handle all types of vehicles safely, respond to cues effectively
