Position: Valet Attendant
About: The Downs at Albuquerque, Inc, a casino and racetrack venue, is seeking Valets to join their team. Valets will be responsible for parking and retrieving visitors’ vehicles promptly and safely, serving as the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance and directions, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements: Clean driving record; Valid New Mexico Driver’s License; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to work varied shifts; Effective communication in English, both written and verbal; Maintain a clean, professional appearance; Prior valet experience or 1 year of guest service experience preferred; Knowledge of automatic and manual transmissions
