Position: Valet Attendant
About: Woodlands Resort is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to drive, park, and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles courteously, safely, and efficiently according to the hotel’s standards. The role involves maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, equipment maintenance, and guest services while ensuring positive guest relations and security of vehicles.
Requirements: Valid (state) driver’s license; thorough knowledge of local areas and roads; experience in driving vehicles; fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal; able to drive all types of vehicles; provide legible communication and directions; ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments; maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions; work in variable weather conditions; ensure security of vehicles and hotel property; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data; perform assignments with minimal supervision; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
