About: Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English; Able to perform mathematical operations with American currency; Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable
