About: Towne Park is a hospitality services company committed to providing exceptional parking and guest services to various establishments. They are currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join their team in a customer-focused role.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read and write standard English language, comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, present information effectively, and perform basic mathematical operations; Ability to read and understand time systems and rates, operate a manual transmission, and perform parallel parking
