About: Towne Park is committed to offering exceptional hospitality services and is currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join their team. The role involves providing attentive and efficient hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner, assisting guests with luggage, and offering information and assistance to enhance guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of customer service principles and processes; Ability to read and write standard English language; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with American money units; Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
