Position: Utility Worker – Night Shift
About: This position is for a general porter at a facility involved in building maintenance and cleanliness, including snow removal and heavy lifting tasks. The working hours are from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Requirements: High school graduate plus 0-6 months of related experience required; experience in general porter duties and knowledge of proper work procedures and equipment preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to operate maintenance equipment safely; good communication skills (written and verbal)
