Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of stewarding in a similar resort setting or comparable dishwashing experience, including Culinary Training Academy Certification; working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment; knowledgeable in safety guidelines, chemical handling, and bio-hazard materials; efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 75 pounds; availability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
