Position: Utility Porter, Stewarding (Hotel)
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Utility Porter to maintain kitchen equipment, facilities, and sanitation standards, as well as handle trash disposal efficiently. The role involves ensuring cleanliness in various kitchen areas and following safety procedures for chemical handling.
Requirements: High school diploma required; previous experience in stewarding preferred; ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; some experience with inventory controls and systems, storeroom principles, and procurement processes preferred; ability to frequently climb, stand on and work from a ladder; ability to complete appropriate safety training and certifications; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills under time constraints; willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
