Position: Utility Porter – (Part Time) – GVR
About: A company is seeking a Utility Porter (Porter de mantenimiento) to maintain cleanliness, operate tools and equipment, rearrange furniture, stock supplies, clean various surfaces, and adhere to safety regulations.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; Knowledge of flooring maintenance including Vinyl, Concrete, Stamped concrete, Carpeted flooring, and Marble; Ability to interact positively with others; Tolerance to chemicals and solvents; Experience with specialty equipment such as Scrubber, Variable speed buffer, Carpet extractor, and Scissor lift; Must possess a valid Nevada driver’s license.
