Position: Utility Porter, Banquets
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is looking for a detail-oriented Utility Porter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, ensuring the proper disposal of waste and adherence to safety protocols. The position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma required; previous experience in stewarding preferred; ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; some experience with inventory controls and systems, storeroom principles, and procurement processes preferred; ability to frequently climb, stand on and work from a ladder; ability to complete appropriate safety training and certifications; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills; willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
