About: SNHU Arena is currently seeking a Part-time Usher/Ticket Taker to ensure tickets are collected from patrons, direct them to their seats, and provide exceptional customer service at events. The role requires attention to detail and proactive communication to address any issues that may arise.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent desired; 6 months of customer service experience required; good oral communication skills in English; hospitality and customer service skills; ability to work as a team; mature judgement and professionalism
