About: An Usher/Ticket taker is a vital member of the BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center, involved in direct contact with the public. As a representative of the facilities, a friendly greeting attached to a smiling face goes a long way in helping guests enjoy their visit. Providing top-notch customer service is the responsibility of the ushers, essential in creating a safe and memorable experience for all guests. This position is ideal for candidates who want to immerse themselves in an exciting live entertainment environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 18 years of age or older; demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle stressful situations; previous experience in a customer service-based industry preferred; previous experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays
