Position: Usher/Ticket Taker
About: Mayo Civic Center is currently seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker to join their Guest Services department. The position reports to the Event Manager and is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt with a salary range of $13.06 – $14.06 per hour. The center offers Paid Sick Leave as a benefit to employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; one-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred; ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of the shift; good communication and customer service skills; ability to stay calm under pressure
