About: Oak View Group at Greensboro Coliseum Complex is seeking a Service Attendant to join their team. As an Usher at Oak View Group, you’ll assist patrons with seating, maintain position on post, section/viewing area of responsibility, oversee assigned area for spills or situations requiring staff attention, direct individuals with disabilities to wheelchair seating areas (if applicable), handle complaints from patrons following established policies, and provide information on facility locations like restrooms, concession stands, and ticket offices. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency
