Position: Usher, Lincoln Theatre
About: Lincoln Theatre is seeking friendly and professional Ushers to serve as the primary point of contact for patrons once they enter the theatre. They act as hosts providing direction to seats, answering questions, and facilitating conflict resolution. They work in conjunction with security staff and report to the house manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; professional, welcoming, and friendly demeanor; confidence in interacting with the general public on a regular basis; interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills; ability to listen attentively both to instructions and to patrons’ needs; ability to remain focused during stretches of downtime; willingness to take on new tasks as directed
